In addition to standard flavors such as matcha and strawberry from its own brand "yumrich," Yumrich also accepts orders for the planning, development, and wholesale of original flavors tailored to restaurant menus. In the past, we developed a piña colada ice cream as a limited summer flavor for "MUSHROOM TOKYO," a specialty mushroom restaurant. For "FORRESTER," a popular curry shop in Nakameguro, we developed an original chai flavor blended with spices, and for the Mediterranean cuisine brand "Messalmani," we created an olive ice cream using their popular olive oil, among other original flavors that express menus and brand images. We can express combinations with fruits and vegetables, as well as spices, seasonings, and alcoholic beverages, as plant-based ice cream.
