Our CEO, Yanagi, spoke at CIC Tokyo.

On February 1, 2024, our CEO, Yanagifu, spoke at CIC Tokyo (@Toranomon Hills 15F) on the theme, "Planting Seeds of Innovation in Food and Agriculture - Co-creating a Sustainable Vision."

Organized by Tokyo University of Agriculture, Yanagifu co-presented with Mr. Yuki Nakanho of the Mitzkan founding family. We had a multifaceted discussion on topics such as the potential of food and agriculture, industry challenges, and future innovation.

Through the discussion, we were once again able to feel the possibilities in the food and agriculture sectors, as well as new industrial potential.

Additionally, during the Q&A session from the audience, we received many questions, including one about the distinction between "plant-based" and "vegan," and another about why Yanagifu chose the food industry in his career. We sincerely thank everyone who asked questions.
