Yumrich has announced the release of Minimal's Ghana-sourced cacao-flavored ice cream.

Plant-based ice cream brand "yumrich" will launch a new chocolate-flavored ice cream using Ghanaian cacao from specialty chocolate brand "Minimal – Bean to Bar Chocolate –".
Based on Minimal's extensive knowledge gained from their dedicated work with cacao beans, yumrich has created a chocolate-flavored ice cream that highlights the unique characteristics of Ghanaian cacao.
This product will initially be available as a commercial ice cream primarily for food service businesses, and we are currently accepting inquiries from stores interested in carrying it.
Background of the Collaboration
Minimal, as a Bean to Bar chocolate brand that handles everything from cacao bean selection to manufacturing, has focused on maximizing the unique characteristics of cacao from each region.
yumrich values the selection of ingredients and their background, offering new food experiences through plant-based ice cream.
In this collaboration, the appeal of Minimal's Ghanaian cacao has been reinterpreted as a chocolate flavor through yumrich's ice cream making techniques.

This product uses cocoa powder and cacao mass made from Ghanaian cacao, with which Minimal has worked on through chocolate making.
