I attended a study session on "The Future of Food Tech from a Plant-Based Perspective."

The other day, I attended a study session titled "The Future of Food Tech from the Perspective of Plant-Based Foods," hosted by the deep tech community "BRAVE MATE." This session discussed how plant-based foods, which have been gaining attention in recent years, are evolving into a new dietary option, not only as a solution to the food crisis but also due to their high nutritional value and health benefits.

Our CEO, Yanafu, presented our plant-based ice cream "yumrich" to the participants for tasting. He also discussed its development background and future prospects as a case study of a food tech company.
