YUMRICH Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Yutaka Yanagiya) is collaborating with the popular patisserie PAYSAGE Daikanyama, located in Forestgate Daikanyama, to offer a special menu featuring "yumrich," their plant-based ice cream made from domestic plant-based milk. From Sunday, May 5, 2024, to Sunday, May 26, 2024, an original flavor will be available as a parfait in "Coupe Élairve 'Konatsu'," sold exclusively on Sundays.
Coupe Élairve "Konatsu"
This seasonal parfait for May features "Konatsu," an early summer citrus fruit from Shiraki Orchard in Kochi Prefecture. A rich cream with crème diplomate and mascarpone is combined with an oriental-scented jelly made from Konatsu peel, lemongrass, and anise. Topped with yumrich's original Coconut and Lychee Sorbet. Enjoy the subtle aroma of coconut and the fresh zestiness of lychee.

About PAYSAGE Daikanyama Main Store
"PAYSAGE" is a sweets brand by dessert pâtissier Hideki Eto. Three years after the brand's launch, its first flagship store grand opened on Thursday, February 22, 2024, within "Forestgate Daikanyama."
The store offers a comprehensive experience of the brand's world, with a boutique and salon de thé on the first floor and a chef's table on the second floor. Based on the concept of "Supreme sweets that accompany your happy and joyful moments," the store offers dishes that convey the thoughts of producers and the stories of their origins, creating a new "PAYSAGE" (landscape) where producers, pâtissiers, and guests are organically connected.
